I haven’t received any shipping updates — what should I do?

We know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we want it to get to you as quickly as possible! Once your package leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the carrier, and we’re unable to control transit times or shipping updates.


  • Stalled orders: It can sometimes take a few business days for an order to move from one place to another, especially if it’s going cross-country or being held up at customs. If your order hasn’t moved to a new location in 7 business days, please reach out. Otherwise, we appreciate your patience as it’s common for orders to eventually show progress.

  • Missing orders: Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually are. On rare occasions, carriers deliver to a neighbor or a nearby location, so we encourage you to check around.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days from the date it was marked delivered, please let us know.

I ordered the wrong size — what do I do?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it for you — just get in touch with us as soon as possible.

If it’s already shipped, no worries: you can return any unworn pairs in their original packaging within 30 days. Once we receive them back, we’ll happily send you the right size or help you choose the best fit.

My socks don’t fit quite right — what are my options?

If your socks are unworn, you can exchange them for another size. If you’re not sure which size will work best, check out our Size Guide or reach out to us directly — we’ll make sure you’re comfortable.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we can make changes. This includes updating sizes, colours, or styles, or even cancelling the order if you’ve changed your mind.

Once it’s been packed and handed to the carrier, no further changes can be made. But don’t worry — if you decide you don’t want the order once it arrives, you can return any unworn pairs in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
